Project Manager Digital Projects

As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for implementing our ideas and concepts in our customer projects. You will coordinate closely with the customer and your technical colleagues on costs and project progress, keep an eye on budget, scheduling and quality, and look for suitable solutions and escalation channels if there is a problem.

With us, you don't need in-depth technical knowledge - our business analysts, requirements engineers, solution architects and lead developers will provide that. However, you should have a broad range of experience in web projects, digital platforms and/or infrastructure projects, be able to talk to corporate customers at a non-technical level and enjoy finding creative and professional solutions to typical conflicting goals in projects.

YOUR MISSION

  • You are the operational contact person for our customers and the "mouthpiece" for the team as overall or sub-project manager

  • Independent planning and implementation of small and large digital projects based on defined requirements

  • Ongoing support and management of customers as part of continuous development

  • Non-technical coordination of the project team, including (lead) developers, solution architects, DevOps experts and system integrators

  • Transparent project communication at a wording and detail level understandable for all parties involved in dailies / weeklies, by email or ticket

  • Continuous project controlling and budget management make you able to provide information to customers and internal stakeholders at all times

  • Regular coordination with our Head of Development and Key Accounts on current projects, successes and possible potential

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have at least 3 years of agency experience and have already managed project teams

  • You know classic and agile project management methodologies not just from hearsay, but from your own experience.

  • You are an experienced organizational talent with strong communication skills and always remain confident even in hectic project phases.

  • You work independently and actively communicate the results of your project team's work.

  • You are used to working with Jira, Confluence and agile tools.

  • Thanks to your basic understanding of digital platforms with CMS, PIM, DAM, store & Co. you are able to understand the "big picture" and assess project progress and risks
