As a Lead Developer & Software Architect, you design tailored technical solutions based on our clients’ requirements, laying the foundation for successful delivery. You leverage your experience to quickly understand complex needs and translate them into robust, well-structured solutions. You take technical ownership of implementation and ensure that the effective use of AI-powered tools improves efficiency without compromising quality, maintainability, or architectural integrity.

You work closely with your development team, clients, and project leadership to align on progress, ensure transparency, and enable clear decision-making.

Will you still be hands-on in the code? Absolutely - staying close to the implementation is an essential part of strong leadership.
In close collaboration with our CTO / Head of Development, you help drive the evolution of strategy, standards, and practices - with a strong focus on how AI can sustainably improve our development processes and become an integral part of how we work.

YOUR MISSION

  • From small-scale microsites to enterprise digital platforms, you design clean, scalable, and well-structured solution architectures

  • You understand our clients’ objectives and translate them into viable, structured implementation concepts

  • You bring clarity to complex requirements and simplify complexity in a focused way

  • Best practices are second nature to you - but you also know when it makes sense to challenge them

  • You turn AI into a real productivity driver:

    • by integrating it effectively into analysis, design, and development

    • by making thoughtful use of coding assistants and automation

    • by establishing clear standards for quality, review, and maintainability

  • You ensure that AI not only saves time, but leads to better outcomes and more stable solutions

  • As a Lead Developer, you take the lead:

    • onboarding and mentoring team members

    • providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews

    • enabling effective use of modern tools and technologies

  • You stay actively involved in the project and remain close to the implementation

  • You work closely with project management, product owners, and stakeholders

  • You take ownership of your software: "You build it, you run it."

YOUR SKILLS

  • Several years of experience as a Senior Developer or Lead Developer

  • Strong expertise in architecture, system design, and structured problem-solving

  • Solid full-stack foundation:

    • JavaScript / TypeScript with a modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue)

    • Backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or C# /.NET

  • Experience with modern architectures and operations:

    • API-first design and microservices

    • CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments

  • Key to your success in this role:

    • You understand how to use AI effectively to improve development productivity

    • You can assess where it creates real value - and where it does not

    • You remain a strong technical leader, making clear, informed decisions rather than relying on tools
